• Virtual Items: Non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value. They are governed by the terms of our third-party payment processors (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play).
• Subscriptions: Auto-renew unless canceled via platform settings (e.g., Apple/Google Play).
• Refunds: Only as required by law.
• Third-Party Billing: Purchases made through app stores (e.g., Google Play) are subject to the store’s terms; we are not responsible for their billing practices.
